ABOUT THE CHAT

The holiday cottage is located in a picturesque valley right by the Moravice river, which can be accessed from the garden, above the cottage there is the Weisshuhn canal, which will take you to the "Vajzon" raft or to the village.

The cottage is detached, offering absolute privacy and peace. The place is interspersed with hiking and cycling routes. Tourist routes lead in one direction to the castle park in Hradec nad Moravicí, in the other direction through the beautiful Jelenice nature reserve in Podhradí, then to the Kružberk dam and Slezská Harta. A sports center with tennis courts, a riding school, a swimming pool is available within a radius of 3 km.

The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 8 people in 3 bedrooms. 2 mobile cots are available.
This cabin is not for parties and events!
PRICES OF ACCOMMODATION
Capacity 8 people - 3 bedrooms
Summer season: from June to September.
The minimum length of stay is 2 nights.
Prices per week for the entire cottage
Summer season: 30,000 CZK
Winter season: 25,000 CZK
Price per weekend for the entire cottage
Summer season:only for a week
Winter season: 9,900 CZK
Operation, fees, prices
Costs not included in the price:
-Consumed electricity (based on deduction from the electricity meter)
-Recreation fee (CZK 17/person/day)
-Pet (450 CZK/week - excluding relaxation equipment - beds, couches)
- Refundable security deposit (CZK 3,000)
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 30% of the price of the stay is forfeited if the stay is canceled within 60 days of the planned start of the stay.
The reservation becomes binding after payment of an advance of 30% of the price of the stay, by bank transfer, and the payment of the remaining 70% of the price of the stay, including the resort fee and a refundable deposit, will be made no later than 15 days before the start of the stay.
From June/July to August, only weekly stays are possible, after that, weekend stays are also possible.
SERVICES
EATING
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook as you like.
In the village there is a shop - Hruška (2.5 km), for buying the necessary raw materials.
You can also visit the restaurant U Dihlů and Areál dobre pohody (2.2 km), which are also located in the village. There are also other restaurants in Hradec nad Moravicí.
GARDENS
In the fenced garden (1900 m2) there is enough space for outdoor activities, in the workshop there is a badminton set, pétanque, soccer/volleyball/basketball as well as a water gun or inflatable accessories that you can use in the river, including tractor tires, available for rent.
BATHING
The Moravice river flows right next to the cottage, on which there is a small jetty, where you can swim, observe crayfish and, after purchasing a permit, also fish.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
1. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink and towel rack.
2. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a separate toilet, a sink, a stand, a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a bathtub for children and a potty.
PETS
Dogs are allowed, and those who are used to sleeping outside have a large pen with a shed in the garden, and a box with toys is also waiting for them in the workshop.
The land is completely fenced, so you don't have to worry about your pets.
Cats after a bad experience are not allowed.
HEATING
The cottage is heated primarily by a heat pump, there is also an indoor fireplace with radiant rings.
CHILDREN
Ideal for families with children, equipment for babies and children is available (cots, changing table, high chair, potty, bathtub, dishes, outdoor playground and in one of the rooms a children's corner including toys. The garden is fenced.
PARKING
Parking is 250 m from the cottage. Off-road vehicles can park at the house (you need to ford the river). There is a footbridge at the parking lot that you can use to reach the path leading to the cottage.
NEWS FOR YOU
From November, a private wellness corner with a hot tub and sauna and the possibility to cool off directly in the river is available.

Chata se nachází na severovýchodním výběžku Nízkého Jeseníku, tato lokalita nabízí mnoho nádherných míst k poznání, jako technické místa s poutavou historií, například Weisshuhnův kanál, který je jen pár metrů od chaty, nebo také historické skvosty a to, zámek Hradec nad Moravicí, na který se dostane krásnou procházkou zdejšími lesy a zámeckém parku. Také město Opava, stojí za návštěvu a jeho Slezské zemské muzeum, které je nejstarší v Evropě, které by jste také neměli vynechat. Pokud preferujete výlety po vrcholcích hor, ty se vám nabízí v nedalekých Jeseníkách, kde si můžete vyjít na vysílač nebo na druhou stranu, kde narazíte na vrcholky Beskyd a proslulou Lysou horu.
